Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

You are always free to change your mind. This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel an enrollment arranged through Energy Gas Bundle and what to expect.

1. Cancelling before your service starts

If you enrolled through us and want to cancel before your new plan begins, call or email us as soon as possible. We will help you contact the supplier to stop the enrollment. In most cases, there is no charge to cancel before service starts.

2. Your right to rescind

Many states give residential customers a right to cancel a new energy contract within a short period after enrolling, often 3 to 7 business days depending on your state. The exact period and steps are listed in your supplier's contract or welcome letter.

3. Cancelling after your service starts

Once your new plan is active, cancellation is handled by your energy supplier under its contract terms. Some fixed-rate plans include an early termination fee. Variable-rate plans usually do not. We are happy to help you understand your options and contact your supplier.

4. What happens after you cancel

Your energy service will not be shut off because you cancel. Your account typically returns to your local utility's standard rate, or moves to another supplier if you choose one. Switching usually takes one to two billing cycles to complete.

5. Stopping calls, texts or emails

To stop receiving communications from us, reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or call us and ask to be placed on our do-not-contact list. We will process your request promptly.

6. How to request a cancellation

Contact us with your full name, service address, phone number and the name of your energy supplier, and tell us what you would like to cancel. We confirm every cancellation request by phone or email.
